Lilac. Can I say more? We have light purple and white lilacs available. These are sold by the entire cluster. The florets are great sprinkled on salad, floating on soup or to decorate a delicate dessert. They are highly fragrant. We use these flowers to make one of our low-sugar, floral jellies.
