The coriander flower (from the cilantro herb) is a beautiful, lacy, white garnish. These flower heads wilt quickly. This needs to be considered when using this flower head. If the flower head is broken up into smaller florets it works nicely in salads and soups. It has a milder flavor than the herb cilantro.
