Catnip – Cats love it! Some humans do too! Nepeta cataria. Not to be confused with catmint. For garnish, is has a leaf shape similar to spearmint, a lighter green/gray color and a softer feel. Medicinally it has been used for centuries as a calmative – for humans as well as cats.
