Where do I start with this fabulous plant. Its flower is a spike of purple, ranging from 2″ to 5″ long.  It is full of flavor.  The leaves and flowers make a great fresh cup of tea.  Its a great flower to use to serve a fresh herb tea. Baked in sweet breads or rolls, there is nothing like its candy-sweet anise flavor.  We offer this flower starting as soon as it blooms, usually in July.  The deep green, red blushed, heart shaped greens are available sooner in the season.

This herb and flower will be part of our Totally Tea Time, fresh tea packs starting in 2020.

Sold by the flower.  Flowers available usually by July. Greens available earlier.

These are available dry for year round use.
