Red Giant Mustard & Wood Sorrel
Red Giant Mustard is a large leaf green. Great on a sandwich, added to salads or cooked. When raw, its flavor gives a great dijon mustard blast. Its flowers, small yellow clusters, are edible and give the same great mustardy flavor.
Wood sorrel (pictured above) is a fantastic lemony tasting green. Its delicate leaf and little yellow flowers are a perfect addition to a unique salad. Wood sorrel is perfect to add a little lemon flavor to your pesto.
